Along with exercises, the importance of keeping a proper diet and maintaining regular diet diaries to keep the junk food tempting in check during this lockdown phase has also been discussed.
The interview also features feedback from PRGA champions’ Parents, ones we shared on our feed a few days back as well –
• Ananya Soman’s Father: where he appreciates the initiative to continue daily workouts at a time where it is so easy to be drowned into laziness at home.
• Vallari Bapat’s Parents: where they mention that the continued online training is helping the girls stay away from negative thoughts and focus on their sport.
• Shravani Mudra’s Mother: where she appreciates the diet tracking because of which the girls are staying away from foods that could hamper their weight and overall fitness.
