1st Indian Rhythmic Gymnastics Invitational Cup 2019

The 1st Indian Rhythmic Gymnastics Cup 2019 was held on 16th and 17th February 2019 at Hyderabad, Telangana.
PRGA Chief Coach, International Judge Varsha Upadhye was a part of the organising committee. PRGA coach Kshipra Joshi was the Artistry Judge (E1) for Senior and Junior age group events, D3 (Apparatus Difficulty and Risks) Judge for Under 10 and Under 12 events.

PRGA Senior Girls participated in this International level cup.
Aditee Dandekar, Radhika Dharap, Krisha Chheda and Ananya Soman.

Following qualified in the apparatus finals:
Hoop – Aditee, Krisha
Ball – Aditee, Ananya
Clubs – Aditee, Krisha
Ribbon – Aditee, Ananya

Aditee Dandekar won the bronze medal in the Ribbon category making her the first student from PRGA to win an international medal!
We had the honor of receiving the medal from one of the most senior RG Judges from Malaysia – Kok Mong Lin.

Technical Director Spela Dragas (Italy) gave an encouraging pep talk to our girls. Glad to have been a part of this memorable event – the first international level rhythmic gymnastics competition in this country.
